Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across ADNOC Growth Projects. You will oversee the QA/QC systems, documentation, risk registers, and audit programs to ensure compliance with contract requirements and international standards.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors, develop quality objectives and KPIs, and drive lessons learned to support project delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry with 5+ years in a similar QA/QC leadership role.
• Experience with ADNOC projects and offshore is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000/Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Project QA/QC processes and documentation comply with contractual requirements.
• Lead QA/QC team and coordinate with EPC/Contractors to implement quality plans.
• Maintain risk and lessons learned registers and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee internal audits, NCRs, and corrective actions across projects.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
