Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior QA/QC Manager to lead the project’s Quality Assurance & Control team, ensuring compliance with ADNOC contractual requirements and ISO standards. You will drive QA/QC plans, risk registers, and audit programs, coordinating with vendors, consultants, and contractors across EPC/FEED phases.

The role requires twenty years in oil & gas, offshore experience, and strong leadership to guide teams and deliver high-quality project outcomes for a major ADNOC growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum twenty (20) years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• At least five (5) years in a similar position for international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience required.
• PMC experience preferred.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering Procurement & offshore related quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA/QC system is developed, approved, and enforced on project for full compliance with contractual requirements.
• Review and implement changes in project requirements following MOC procedures.
• Maintain Quality Objectives, KPIs, and contractual requirements across providers and project phases.
• Contribute to vendor inspection strategy and selection of Third-Party Inspection for PTS projects.
• Maintain an up-to-date Project Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9000 and company policies.
• Lead internal QA/QC audits, risk registers, NCRs and lessons learned processes.
• Support project teams and interfaces with Licensors, Consultants, EPC Contractors, and Stakeholders on QA/QC matters.
• Ensure continuous improvement through lessons learned, risk analyses, and corrective actions.
