Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior QA/QC Leader to manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control for ADNOC Growth Projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures full compliance with ADNOC policies, ISO standards and project-specific requirements, coordinating with EPC/PMC teams and key stakeholders to drive quality across interfaces.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas, including 5+ years in a similar role and GCC experience preferred; ISO9000 familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar QA/QC leadership role.
• Experience in GCC region is preferred (5+ years).
• ISO 9000 / Quality Management System knowledge; Lead Auditor certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes, team and resources for ADNOC Growth Projects.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC policies, international standards and project contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management System documents and data; manage risk and lessons learned.
• Lead internal and external audits; implement corrective actions and drive continual improvement.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors and EPC/PMC teams to ensure QA/QC performance and interfaces.
