Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - QA/QC to oversee all quality assurance and quality control functions for large infrastructure projects. You will lead a team of QA/QC professionals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements.

You will develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, mentor staff, perform inspections and audits, analyze data for optimization, and collaborate with project managers to set benchmarks

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in QA/QC management, preferably in infrastructure or construction sectors.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols for infrastructure projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Perform inspections, audits, and testing of infrastructure components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for stakeholder review and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to establish quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria.
• Implement CAPA to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage vendor and supplier quality assessments to ensure consistent delivery of materials and services.
• Optimize QA/QC processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in infrastructure quality management.
