Job summary

Driven Asset Management in Dubai seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance, and tenancy compliance. The role covers tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, and financial reporting, with a focus on occupancy and value preservation.

You will coordinate maintenance, manage contractors, and oversee handovers, while adhering to EJARI, DLD portal requirements and Dubai tenancy laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with EJARI, DLD portal, and Dubai tenancy laws.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• RERA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property management for assigned properties.
• Oversee tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, and arrears recovery.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors and service providers.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Represent property owners and maximize occupancy and value.
• Oversee handovers/takeovers and asset performance reviews.
• Develop occupancy and vacancy management strategies.
