• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience preferred; at least 1 year required.
• Previous experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage strongly preferred.
• Experience in either off-plan or secondary-market transactions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting and client management skills.
• European language skills preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Independent, commercially minded and results-oriented.
