Job summary

Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial property, with a strong focus on secondary and off-plan sales. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, strong developer relationships and a client-first approach.

We offer a 50%–70% commission structure, fresh daily leads with full marketing support, telesales and content support, company phone & SIM card, visa & health insurance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market and new developments
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Romanian language skills preferred
