Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, strong developer relationships and a client-first approach.

The role offers a 50%–70% commission structure with fresh daily leads, full marketing support, telesales and content support, company phone and SIM card, visa and health insurance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury sales.
• Experience dealing with premium properties and high-value clients preferred.
• European language skills preferred.
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
