Job summary

Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based luxury real estate brokerage, seeks dynamic sales professionals to join its expanding team.

With a 50%–70% commission structure, fresh daily leads and full marketing support, you will build relationships with international clients and close premium deals.

The role requires at least 1 year in real estate or luxury sales, multilingual ability, a UAE driving license, and the drive to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in at least two languages; European languages preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• Experience dealing with international clients or overseas investors is an advantage.
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
