Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is seeking ambitious sales professionals with at least 1 year of luxury real estate experience. You will work with international clients, convert leads into viewings and closes, and contribute to a high-performance team in a dynamic market.

We offer a lucrative 50%–70% commission structure, daily fresh leads, full marketing support, telesales and content assistance, a company phone with SIM, UAE visa and health insurance, ongoing training, and

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of real estate or luxury sales experience.
• Previous Dubai brokerage experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and an additional European language preferred, including German, French, Italian or Romanian.
• Experience dealing with international clients, investors or overseas buyers is an advantage.
• Proven sales, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Ability to convert leads into viewings and completed transactions.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, target-driven approach.
