We are seeking a high‑performing, Experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is motivated, market‑savvy, targets‑driven, and able to manage a strong portfolio while delivering exceptional service to clients across Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of sales and leasing listings across designated communities
• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful transactions
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing advice, and investment guidance
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and developers
• Ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed accurately
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, administration, management) to maximize deal flow
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, off‑plan launches, and market changes
• Represent Metropolitan Properties professionally at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a real estate broker in Dubai (sales or leasing)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and market procedures
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
