Job summary

One Broker Group (OBG) is seeking elite, self-driven Secondary Market Property Consultants to operate at the highest level of secondary sales across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary, offering access to exclusive stock, direct developer relationships, and a data-driven approach to close high-value deals.

• Ability to self-generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Strong buyer and seller relationship management skills.
• Experience with property portals is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and dual-language proficiency are a strong advantage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience
• Proven track record in secondary market/off plan sales
• Strong ability to close resale transactions
• Strong existing broker network
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market and key communities
• Ability to self-generate leads and build a strong pipeline
• Strong buyer and seller relationship management skills
• Experience with property portals is an advantage
