I Buy Real Estate is a real estate brokerage on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, working with residential and investment properties and partnering directly with developers including Aldar and Bloom.

We're a team of 20+ people from 14 nationalities, structured as a teal organisation - flat hierarchy, full ownership, no approval chains.

We're looking for a Senior Property Advisor to take a leading, client-facing role at the heart of how we sell properties and build relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. You'll own the full sales cycle - from first enquiry to closed deal - bringing a proven track record and using AI tools to work faster and smarter. Success in this role looks like a consistently strong pipeline, high-value deals closed, and a client base that trusts you enough to refer others.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process: qualifying leads, arranging viewings, negotiating terms, and closing deals - including complex, high-value transactions
• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers to ensure a steady flow of listings and prospective clients
• Use AI tools to qualify leads faster, draft listings and follow-ups, and keep your pipeline organised
• Conduct in-depth market research to advise clients confidently on pricing, availability, and trends on Saadiyat Island and surrounding areas
• Coordinate property viewings, paperwork, and transaction logistics with precision and attention to detail
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and drive practical improvements
• Take full ownership of your portfolio - from first contact through to closed deal and beyond
• Collaborate with a multicultural, cross-functional team and communicate clearly across different working styles

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level track record in real estate sales, with a strong history of closed deals and client relationships
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar - for writing, research, or organising your workload
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-directed working style - comfortable taking initiative and operating with a high degree of autonomy
• Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Additional languages are a plus
