Job summary

Capital Avenue Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Experienced Property Advisor. This is a full-time, on-site role handling residential and commercial property purchases, sales, and leases from inquiry through closing.

You will conduct property viewings, prepare proposals, support negotiations, and ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately. Daily duties include managing a portfolio, staying current on market trends, and coordinating with teams and partners

Role Description

The Experienced Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property purchases, sales, and leases, from initial inquiry through closing. The advisor will conduct property viewings, prepare and present proposals, support negotiations, and ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately. Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of properties, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and providing clear, honest guidance to clients. The role also requires regular coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and explain complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Property Management, with experience handling listings, viewings, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Investments, including property valuations, returns, and market trends.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a track record of building trust and long-term client relationships.
• Basic understanding of Finance related to real estate transactions, pricing, and payment structures.
• Previous experience as a property advisor, broker, or related real estate role in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and leasing or sales procedures.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and meet agreed targets ethically.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
