Job summary

I Buy Real Estate on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a client-facing Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to signed contract. You will engage tenants and landlords, evaluate listings, and coordinate viewings in a fast-paced, international environment.

Using AI tools to qualify leads, draft listings, and organize your pipeline, you’ll help grow a robust portfolio and deliver timely occupancy across residential and investment properties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in leasing, real estate sales, or a client-facing sales role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar - for writing, research, or organising your workload
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-directed working style - comfortable taking initiative without waiting to be told what to do
• Results-driven mindset with comfort working toward targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end leasing process: qualifying leads, arranging viewings, negotiating terms, and closing contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and developers to keep a steady flow of available properties and prospective renters
• Use AI tools to qualify leads faster, draft listings and follow-ups, and keep your pipeline organised
• Conduct market research to advise clients accurately on pricing, availability, and trends on Saadiyat Island and surrounding areas
• Coordinate property viewings, paperwork, and handover logistics with attention to detail
• Identify inefficiencies in the leasing process and propose practical improvements
• Take ownership of your portfolio end-to-end - from first contact through to signed lease and beyond
• Collaborate with a multicultural, cross-functional team and communicate clearly across different working styles

I Buy Real Estate is a real estate brokerage on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, working with residential and investment properties and partnering directly with developers including Aldar and Bloom.

We're a team of 20+ people from 14 nationalities, structured as a teal organisation - flat hierarchy, full ownership, no approval chains.

This is a client-facing role at the heart of how we fill properties and build relationships with tenants and landlords. You'll manage the full leasing cycle - from first enquiry to signed contract - and you'll use AI tools to do it faster and better. Success in this role looks like properties leased quickly, tenants and landlords who trust you, and a pipeline that never goes cold.
