Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior HSE Project Leader to drive safe execution of oil and gas projects across all lifecycle phases. You will lead HSE management systems, audits, and incident investigations while coordinating with operations, engineering, and vendors to ensure ADNOC standards are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 8+ years in project engineering within the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and governance across ASSESS to EXECUTE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering within oil and gas.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Proactive risk identification, assessment and mitigation per ADNOC standards.
• Strong HSE management across ASSESS to EXECUTE lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project-related HSE activities across life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement project-specific HSE Plans aligned with scope and risk.
• Monitor HSE performance via audits, reporting and reviews.
• Lead HSE audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor HSE performance within project scope.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure root cause corrective actions.
• Embed ADNOC HSE specs in procurement and vendor deliverables.
• Drive HSE awareness and communication within project teams.
• Support governance, performance dashboards, and budget planning for HSE.
