ADNOC Distribution in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Project Manager to lead major project management and construction initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, quality, cost, and time within HSE standards.

The role oversees PMs, subcontractors, and suppliers from award to handover, maintains budgets and schedules, and drives continuous improvement while aligning with ADNOC Group policies.

Qualifications

• 12 years of UAE experience in oil & gas with senior project management exposure.
• PMP certification or equivalent would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management and construction activities while ensuring adherence to HSE standards and approved budgets.
• Prepare, monitor and control schedules, cost estimates and budgets across project lifecycles.
• Oversee selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers, including bid evaluation.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and conduct timely audits and reporting.
