Job summary

Wood is actively seeking an experienced PMC HSE Manager for ADNOC Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on leading the project HSE program, governance, and safety culture across onshore/offshore activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Onshore and UAE regulations.

The successful candidate will have extensive HSE and project-management background, drive safety improvements, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver safe, compliant projects in a complex energy environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 20 years industry experience, 8+ years in project-related activities.
• 10+ years of HSE experience, with 7+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience in Process Safety and Construction Safety in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project HSE program.
• Drive project HSE excellence through senior management visibility and involvement.
• Establish HSE KPIs and renew annually with Senior Project Management endorsement.
• Develop and implement RAMS with Engineering or shareholder company guidance.
• Ensure HSE requirements are included in tender packages and review plans.
