Multinational company in Dubai seeks an AGM Project Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale real estate and infrastructure developments. You will oversee end-to-end project execution from feasibility through handover, coordinating engineering consultants, main contractors, and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Master's or MBA preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or accreditation with RICS/CIOB/ICE.
• Experience: 12–18 years in mega project management with at least 5 years in Senior Project Manager/AGM.
• Regional knowledge: Proven track record delivering large-scale developments in Dubai, UAE.
• Technical skills: Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM workflows and FIDIC contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Set strategic targets for timelines, cash flows, procurement schedules and delivery milestones.
• Ensure strict compliance with global quality, health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards across construction sites.
