ALGHANIM INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING&CONTRACTING seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee mega building projects in Dubai. You will ensure timelines, budgets, and safety are met while coordinating with architects, engineers and subcontractors to streamline delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 15+ years in construction management, and PMP/CCM certification, with proven residential project experience.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM are desirable.
• Experience with mega building projects including hospitals and schools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of construction projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to streamline project execution and address design discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and enforce safety regulations to minimize workplace hazards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, resources, and milestones, adjusting strategies as necessary to adapt to changing conditions.
