Job summary

Fisher Human Resources Consultancies L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead mega EPC and construction programs above AED 1 billion. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and ensure HSE and contractual compliance across Oil & Gas or industrial projects. ADNOC experience is highly preferred.

You will report to executive management and drive risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder engagement on high-value ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects > AED 1 billion is mandatory.
• Strong background in EPC / large construction projects.
• Oil & Gas or major industrial project experience is mandatory.
• ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mega-projects (>AED 1B) within Oil & Gas or industrial sectors.
• Define and implement project execution strategies and governance.
• Manage project budget, contracts, and commercial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors.
