Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead mega EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. You will oversee construction activities, interface with stakeholders, manage safety, schedule, cost, and quality across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical or E&I background, with 20+ years in EPC, GCC exposure, and prior leadership roles on projects valued over 1 billion USD. Based in Abu Dhabi on a PMC engagement.

Qualifications

• 20 years experience in EPC Projects in Oil & Gas Industry with EPC Contractors and/or Major CMEI Subcontractors
• 05 years experiencein GCC region (preferably with ADNOC)
• 05 years experience in Construction Manager or Director role in Mega Oil & Gas/Gas Processing Projects of values above 1 billion US$

Education

Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent (preferably Mechanical or E&I)

Experience required:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent (preferably Mechanical or E&I)
• 20 years experience in EPC Projects in Oil & Gas Industry with EPC Contractors and/or Major CMEI Subcontractors
• 05 years experiencein GCC region (preferably with ADNOC)
