Job summary

MNTN is seeking an experienced Technical Project/Program Manager to drive roadmap initiatives within the Internal Products organization. You will partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable project plans and own scope, timelines, risks, and forecasting.

You will establish agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban), manage backlogs and Jira workflows, and coordinate cross-functional programs across Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project or program management leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations internal platform teams.
• Strong experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Proficiency in managing roadmap-driven development and operational work in agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, and capacity planning.
• Experience managing Jira Software and Jira Service Management intake workflows.
• Preferred: HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, or Marketo.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of roadmap initiatives across Internal Products organization.
• Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable project plans.
• Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery forecasting.
• Establish and facilitate agile delivery practices including Scrum and Kanban.
• Manage team backlogs, sprint planning, and Jira Service Management workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance.
• Track team capacity and delivery metrics to optimize performance.
• Document project plans and operational processes for organizational visibility.
