Job summary
cander is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end‑to‑end cross‑functional platform initiatives from Abu Dhabi. You will drive plans, manage risk registers, and ensure stakeholders are aligned at the right time.
You will mentor junior TPMs and elevate the program management bar across the team. You will coordinate engineering, product, QA, and operations, balancing SaaS and on‑prem/air‑gapped timelines while reporting milestones to executives.
Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar
- Proven track record delivering multi‑team programs in Agile/hybrid settings
- Excellent risk management and executive communication skills
- Experience coordinating delivery across cloud SaaS and on‑prem environments
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle program management for a cross‑functional initiative
- Maintain plans, risk logs, velocity, and resourcing visibility across teams
- Lead stakeholder communications and status reporting to executives
- Plan and sequence releases for SaaS and on‑prem tracks
- Run sprint reviews, retrospectives and lessons‑learned sessions
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigations
- Mentor 1–3 junior TPMs and raise program discipline
