This dualrole position involves overseeing full project lifecycles from initiation to delivery while also driving Agile methodologies to support highperforming development teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between crossfunctional teams and stakeholders ensuring smooth project execution continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. This role is essential to maintaining momentum across projects in a fastpaced fintechfocused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the endtoend execution of strategic projects ensuring delivery within scope timeline and budget.

• Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and reviews.

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders development teams product owners and other departments to maintain clear and effective communication.

• Proactively identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies.

• Track and report on project progress using tools such as Jira Trello Azure DevOps or similar.

• Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

• Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.

• Drive process enhancements and promote Agile maturity within the organization.

• Ensure the removal of project impediments to keep teams on track and aligned with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

• 58 years of experience in project management with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Agile methodologies.

• Proven experience in the fintech or banking industry.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.

• Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban or SAFe.

• Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira Confluence Trello or Microsoft Project.

• Strong problemsolving organizational and leadership capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and quality assurance principles.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
