Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Project Manager with fit-out experience to drive on-site execution, coordinate cross-departmental teams, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on schedule.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 10+ years in interiors, and at least 2 years in a senior position handling large commercial projects. You will lead handovers, manage programs, budgets, and risk for successful project closeout.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years’ experience in interiors/fit-out projects.
• 2+ years in senior role managing blue-chip client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project handovers and site objectives with ISO quality and HSE compliance.
• Develop master construction programs and schedules with long-lead items.
• Collaborate with QS to manage budgets, BOQ variations and approvals.
• Chair site progress meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Mitigate risks with contingency plans and close out final snag lists.
