Job summary

The Code for Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead luxury fit-out projects from planning through completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating design, estimation, procurement, and site teams, managing client and subcontractor relationships, and delivering projects per drawings and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out/interior construction.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience managing high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, timelines, and resources.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Commercial, and Site teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, variations, and overall project performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
• Ensure proper coordination of architectural, interior, MEP, and other fit-out works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely handover, snagging, testing, commissioning, and project close-out.
