Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in fit-out / interior contracting projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out standards, materials, and authority approvals.
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage fit-out projects from planning through execution to final handover.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for full project understanding.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
