Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle for high-end interior spaces. You will own scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality finishes and strict adherence to timelines.

You will coordinate architects, designers, contractors and suppliers, implement cost controls, and actively mitigate risks to deliver exceptional commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-outs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience managing high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial, retail or hospitality fit-out projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end interior fit-out project lifecycle from conceptualization to handover within scope, budget and timeline.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with detailed schedules, resources, and risk mitigation for complex fit-out environments.
• Oversee and coordinate all site activities ensuring collaboration between Architects, Designers, Contractors and Suppliers for high-quality finishes.
• Implement robust cost control measures and monitor expenditures against budget, addressing financial deviations.
