Job summary

Al Ghurair Contracting and Engineering Works LLC is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead high-end fit-out and interior construction projects in Dubai. The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver premium results while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Fit-Out/Interior Construction industry.
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, and high-end fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and client management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on fit-out/interior construction projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet client requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.
