Job summary

ABU ALNAGA CONTRACTING is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead building construction projects in the UAE. The role demands a minimum of 12–15 years in project management for high-rise developments, with strong leadership and contractual knowledge.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and multidisciplinary teams, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. PMP is preferred, Primavera P6/MS Project proficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred).
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including site, technical, procurement, and planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all works comply with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee risk management, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Ensure full HSE compliance across all project activities.
• Review and approve progress reports, payment certificates, and project documentation.
