Job summary

Infosys in the UAE is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead programs in Finacle Core Banking, overseeing end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage client engagement, and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong experience in banking transformations, Agile practices, fluent English, and willingness to travel for short-term engagements across the Middle East.

Your role

In the role of a Program Manager, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. To oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities to ensure that the program objectives are met while maintaining the quality within the agreed budgets. Manage engagement with the client, understand expectations, negotiate and close change requests, identify and convert additional business opportunities and ensure proper fulfilment of commitments.

Required

• Experience in Leading business / banking transformation programs, preferably in Finacle Core Banking
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Fluent in English
• Should be willing to travel on short term engagements

Preferred

Experience in managing large core banking transformation program in Middle East
