Infosys in the UAE is seeking a Principal Consultant to anchor end-to-end banking transformation programs, focusing on Finacle Core Banking and agile delivery. The role requires leadership in program coordination, client engagement, and delivery excellence while maintaining quality and budget adherence.

A seasoned professional with strong English communication and willingness to travel on short-term engagements, you will drive successful outcomes for clients across the Middle East and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business/banking transformation programs, preferably in Finacle Core Banking.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel on short-term engagements to client sites.
• Experience managing large core banking transformation programs in the Middle East (preferred).

In the role of a Program Manager, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. To oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities to ensure that the program objectives are met while maintaining the quality within the agreed budgets. Manage engagement with the client, understand expectations, negotiate and close change requests, identify and convert additional business opportunities and ensure proper fulfilment of commitments.

Required

• Experience in Leading business / banking transformation programs, preferably in Finacle Core Banking
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Fluent in English
• Should be willing to travel on short term engagements

Preferred

Experience in managing large core banking transformation program in Middle East
