Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Leading business / banking transformation programs, preferably in Finacle Core Banking.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.
• Fluent in English.
• Should be willing to travel on short term engagements.

Responsibilities

• Anchor the engagement effort for assignments from business process consulting to deployment and solution design.
• Oversee coordination, planning, staffing, and budgeting to meet program objectives.
• Negotiate change requests, identify additional business opportunities and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
