Role Overview:

We are seeking for highly experienced Senior Product Engineer – Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Finacle Core Banking implementations and transformation initiatives. This role bridges business requirements with technical execution, leveraging expertise in Finacle Scripting, PL/SQL, and Core Banking modules to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design, functional analysis, and implementation of Finacle Core Banking modules.
• Configure and customize Finacle solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Manage module enhancements, upgrades, and production support.

Technical Development

• Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
• Build and maintain API integrations with enterprise systems.
• Configure menu customizations, batch scheduling, and monitoring processes.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Business & Stakeholder Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
