Job summary

ParamInfo in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager for Corporate Credit Origination with a minimum of 12 years in banking/fintech delivery. You will drive end-to-end implementation, coordinating design, data migration, testing, and cutover to production while ensuring compliance and controlled delivery across multiple vendors.

The role requires strong facilitation, negotiation and executive communication skills to manage scope, dependencies and benefits realization, in a high-stakes

Qualifications

• 12+ years of banking or financial services technology delivery experience
• 5+ years leading complex end-to-end projects
• Experience in corporate credit origination, lending workflows or related platform
• Bachelor degree in technology, engineering, business, finance or related; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Corporate Credit Origination System from mobilization to closure
• Ensure delivery on scope, time, quality and budget with regulatory and production readiness
• Govern testing (SIT/UAT) and readiness, manage defects and acceptance criteria
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, deliverables and escalation of risks/issues
• Coordinate go-live readiness, training, service transition and hypercare
• Secure formal acceptance and transition to BAU with benefits tracking
