Job summary

ParamInfo in Dubai seeks a PMO Lead for Corporate Credit Origination to govern and drive end-to-end delivery of a major banking platform project. You will shape governance, manage integrated plans, monitor progress, and provide clear executive reporting across design, testing, migration and readiness phases.

The role requires extensive banking tech delivery experience, strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge delivery status with evidence-based insights.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in banking technology delivery with PMO/governance exposure.
• Experience leading PMO for major banking platform implementation, preferably credit or lending.
• Strong planning, dependencies, RAID, change control, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience handling multi-stream, multi-vendor delivery including data migration and cutover.
• Understanding of corporate credit lifecycle, facilities, collateral, and documentation.
• Ability to translate delivery data into executive insights for governance.
• Bachelor degree in technology, engineering, business, or finance; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO for the Corporate Credit Origination System implementation.
• Establish governance, forums, RACI, stage gates, reporting standards, and document controls.
• Own the integrated master plan, milestones, critical path, resources, dependencies, and baseline.
• Govern scope, change, RAID, decisions, benefits, budget, forecast, vendor milestones and evidence.
• Produce executive reporting, forecasts, decision papers, recovery actions and escalations.
• Coordinate assurance across design, testing, data migration, security, and readiness.
• Coach project managers to improve governance discipline and reporting quality.
• Manage cross-stream and vendor dependencies, issue resolution, and governance decisions.
