Job summary

MultiBank Group, a regulated fintech, seeks experienced Project Managers to coordinate complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Product, and Operations in Dubai. You will plan, track, and deliver projects on time while driving operational excellence and strong stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical PM experience, solid SDLC understanding, and proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical project management experience.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage complex technical and business projects from initiation to delivery.
Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and business teams.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate meetings, standups, and stakeholder updates.
Manage dependencies and ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
Report on project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
