ParamInfo in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager for Corporate Credit Origination with a minimum of 12 years in banking/fintech delivery. You will drive end-to-end implementation, coordinating design, data migration, testing, and cutover to production while ensuring compliance and controlled delivery across multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of banking or financial services technology delivery experience
• 5+ years leading complex end-to-end projects
• Experience in corporate credit origination, lending workflows or related platform
• Bachelor degree in technology, engineering, business, finance or related; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Corporate Credit Origination System from mobilization to closure

• Govern testing (SIT/UAT) and readiness, manage defects and acceptance criteria

Job Purpose:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Corporate Credit Origination System from mobilization through design, build, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, stabilization and closure. Ensure delivery on scope, time, quality and budget while protecting credit controls, regulatory compliance, operational readiness and production stability.

Key Result Areas:

• Responsible for driving the project to achieve on-scope, on-time, on-quality and on-budget delivery:
• Establish and mobilize the project: confirm scope, outcomes, governance, RACI, workstreams, plans and RAID controls.
• Own integrated delivery: manage milestones, critical path, resources, dependencies, requirements, change control, budget and executive reporting.
• Lead solution implementation: coordinate design, build/configuration, environments, interfaces, data migration, reconciliation and non-functional requirements.
• Govern testing and quality: oversee SIT, UAT, security, regression and operational acceptance; manage defects and acceptance criteria.
• Lead readiness and go-live: coordinate processes, controls, training, communications, service transition, cutover, rollback, command centre and hypercare.
• Manage vendors, contracts, deliverables, commercials and performance; drive timely resolution and escalation of risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Secure formal acceptance, transition to BAU, confirm benefits ownership and complete financial, contractual and project closure.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• At least 12 years of banking or financial services technology delivery experience, including 5 years leading complex end-to-end projects.
• Proven implementation experience in corporate credit origination, lending, credit workflow, loan origination or a closely related corporate banking platform.
• Experience delivering multi-million-budget, multi-stream and multi-vendor change covering process transformation, integration, data migration, testing and production cutover.
• Strong knowledge of the corporate credit lifecycle, approval authorities, facilities and limits, collateral/security, documentation, conditions and operational controls.
• Strong project governance, planning, RAID, dependency, change, financial, vendor, testing, readiness and benefits management capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders; excellent facilitation, negotiation, organization, communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor degree in technology, engineering, business, finance or a related discipline. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
