Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Corporate Credit Origination System in Dubai. The role spans mobilization through closure, demanding deep banking technology delivery experience and strong knowledge of corporate credit workflows, risk controls, and regulatory readiness.

You will manage cross-functional teams across Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Data, Architecture, Compliance, and external partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of banking or financial-services technology delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex end-to-end technology projects or programmes.
• Proven implementation experience in Corporate credit origination and loan origination.
• Experience managing multi-million-budget, multi-stream, and multi-vendor change.
• Strong knowledge of corporate credit lifecycle and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Corporate Credit Origination System.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle: Mobilization, requirements/design, build/configuration.
• Oversee integration, data migration, testing, deployment and cutover.
• Lead governance forums, Steering Committees, and executive reviews.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and financial trackers.
• Provide effective senior-stakeholder communication and reporting.
