Showcify, Inc. is seeking a senior Corporate Credit professional in the United Arab Emirates to provide independent credit assessment and approval oversight for corporate banking exposures.

You will evaluate complex proposals across bilateral, syndicated, and project finance, leveraging cross-sector expertise to ensure alignment with risk appetite and governance standards. The role requires extensive experience in large-scale underwriting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–18 years of corporate credit experience in banks or financial institutions.
• Experience as an authorized approver is essential.
• Proven expertise in evaluating large and structured transactions (bilateral, syndicated, project finance).
• Strong cross-sector credit experience across FI, traded credit, commodities, manufacturing, and retail.
• Deep understanding of corporate financial analysis, cash flow modelling, group structures, and credit structuring.
• Knowledge of credit policies, regulatory frameworks (CB UAE), and governance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and approve complex credit proposals with robust underwriting judgment.
• Ensure credit proposals align with delegated authority and governance standards.
• Maintain high-quality credit appraisals to minimize rework and exceptions.
• Monitor portfolio quality, concentrations, and provisioning impact.
• Provide independent credit guidance on transaction structuring and covenants.
• Attend Credit Committees and participate in governance forums.
• Support training to enhance credit culture and consistency across teams.
