Job summary

Dubai-based architecture and design firm seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major design projects from briefing to delivery in the UAE. You will act as the main client point of contact, coordinating internal teams and external consultants to ensure milestones, scope and quality are met.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex design initiatives within international firms. UAE/GCC project experience is highly advantageous.

The Role We are supporting a leading international architecture and design firm headquartered in Dubai with the appointment of a Senior Project Manager The role will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major design projects acting as a key point of contact between clients internal design teams consultants and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial briefing and design through to delivery
• Manage project programmes deliverables budgets and key milestones
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate multidisciplinary architecture design and consultant teams
• Manage communication between internal teams clients and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved
• Lead regular client and project coordination meetings
• Identify project risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery
• Manage changes to project scope programme and deliverables
• Coordinate consultant appointments and external project partners
• Ensure design deliverables meet client requirements and contractual obligations
• Support commercial management fee proposals and project resourcing
• Provide clear project reporting to senior management
• Build strong long-term relationships with key clients

Experience Required

• Strong experience in project management within architecture, design or the built environment
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex design projects
• Background working for an international architecture or design consultancy preferred
• Strong understanding of the architectural design and project delivery process
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Strong programme, budget and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
• Previous UAE/GCC project experience would be highly advantageous
