Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior leader to spearhead project intelligence across the portfolio of capital projects. You will shape project management capabilities, drive data-driven decisions, assess risks, and benchmark against global best practices to maintain ADNOC’s edge in the oil and gas sector.

You will engage with crossfunctional teams, develop dashboards, and oversee resource optimization to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and long-term resilience in a dynamic energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, Engineering, Science or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 20 years in NOC/IOC or EPC(M) environments.
• At least 2 years in Expert/Principal/Technical Authority roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for project intelligence for ADNOC and group companies.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation of project metrics.
• Perform risk assessments for capital projects with mitigation plans.
• Monitor competitor activities and benchmark ADNOC against best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align intelligence with goals.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market developments in oil and gas to inform strategy.
• Provide recommendations on resource allocation based on insights.
• Establish a knowledge-sharing platform for project intelligence.
