Job summary

Penspen Ltd is looking for a Senior Project Engineer with offshore project experience. The role is to manage all activities of the PMS personnel within the designated PMT team and to liaise with PMS Core Team heads for input as appropriate.

The position is to be primarily based in KSA, with potential to work outside KSA. A strong background in EPCI and PMC is required, with familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration and project support for major offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures is beneficial.
• Exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial.

The position is to be primarily based in KSA, you may be required to work outside KSA.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• At least Twelve (12) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration and project support activities for major Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical (Offshore) projects.
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
