Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Project Engineer (Onshore) with Electrical & Communication background and PMC experience for the PMS project in the region. The role involves coordinating with design and construction teams and supporting tendering, design, and construction activities.

The incumbent will report to the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer and will be based in the region as required by project needs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive experience

Qualifications

• At least ten years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

• Liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design and Construction stages.
• Project Engineer will be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.

Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a Project Engineer (Onshore)-Electrical & Communication background with PMC experience in contract administration, co-ordination, project support activities. in onshore oil & gas projects to work in our PMS project in Abu dhabi,UAE

The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer as appropriate and will liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages. Project Engineer shall as be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.

The position is to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• At least Ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
