Job summary

Penspen Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer (Onshore) with Electrical & Communication background and PMC experience to support contract administration, coordination, and project activities for onshore oil and gas projects.

The position reports to the Project Head and interacts with design and construction teams across Tendering, Design, and Construction stages. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires strong MS Office skills, with prior exposure to construction/commissioning advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least ten years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with MS Word and Excel proficient.

Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer and will liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages.
• Project Engineer shall be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
