Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced project leader to oversee large Oil & Gas onshore EPC/FEED programs. You will direct discipline engineers, drive planning and scheduling, and coordinate input from multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

The role focuses on FEED contractor performance, progress reporting, delay analysis, and rigorous budget control while supporting Team Leads across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.
• PMC experience preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage discipline engineers, plan and schedule engineering activities, and coordinate between projects, site input, stakeholders, FEED and EPC teams.
• Coordinate between projects team and multidisciplinary input.
• Oversee FEED contractor performance and schedules; prepare weekly/monthly reports and delay analysis.
• Monitor the budget and cost control; oversee timesheets and leave requests; provide support to Team Leads.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing discipline engineers, planning and scheduling engineer and detail interdisciplinary coordination between projects / site input / stakeholders / FEED / EPC engineers etc.
2. Coordination between projects team and multidisciplinary input
3. Oversee entire project execution and FEED contractor performance
4. Oversee FEED contractor schedules, prepare weekly and monthly reports and delay analysis
5. Monitor the budget and cost control, oversee timesheet submissions, leave requests and provide overall support to Team Leads

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• At least Ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.
• PMC experience at similar role is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in the appropriate field

The job location will be based on Abu dhabi, UAE.
