Job summary

The Highfield Company seeks a Senior Project Engineer in Dubai to lead technical delivery on major piling, foundations and infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will coordinate with project management, design teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of UAE infrastructure experience, strong engineering and coordination skills, and a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.

An established specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their Dubai-based team, working on major piling, foundation and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

The Role

As Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the technical delivery of major projects, working closely with project management, design teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting project delivery from mobilisation through to completion
• Coordinating technical engineering activities and project requirements
• Monitoring programme, resources and project progress
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Working closely with project management and design teams
• Liaising with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving technical and project-related issues
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and requirements

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• 5-8 years' experience within infrastructure, civils and/or piling
• Proven UAE experience working on major construction projects
• Strong project engineering experience on large-scale projects
• Experience within piling, foundations, civils or associated substructure works
• Experience coordinating technical delivery, programmes, resources and subcontractors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Civil Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
