Job summary

The Highfield Company seeks a Senior Project Engineer in Dubai to lead technical delivery on major piling, foundations and infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will coordinate with project management, design teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of UAE infrastructure experience, strong engineering and coordination skills, and a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of UAE infrastructure, civils or piling experience.
• Proven UAE experience on major construction projects.
• Strong project engineering experience on large-scale schemes.
• Experience coordinating technical delivery, programmes, resources and subcontractors.
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate technical engineering activities and project requirements.
• Monitor programme, resources and progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Work closely with project management and design teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and requirements.
