Job summary

Swiss Boring in UAE seeks an experienced Site Supervisor for piling and foundation works. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with surveyors, and monitor QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 5–8 years of piling and foundation project experience, including bored CFA, diaphragm walls, and micropiles, and is proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office in UAE construction practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in piling and foundation projects.
• Experience with bored piles, CFA piles, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, and micropiles.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to piling, shoring, and foundation works.
• Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports; verify setting out and pile locations.
• Oversee reinforcement, concrete placement and construction tolerances.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor productivity and report deviations from the project schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and site records; support project management in achieving objectives.
